asha operates strictly as a connection facilitator between vehicle owners and the general public during urgent situations. The platform boundaries are defined as follows:
- No Scope Extensions: asha does not provide any structural network functionalities, guarantees, or operational service layers beyond what is explicitly documented on this official website.
- Communication Intermediary Only: Our services are limited to routing notification pings securely. asha has no active oversight, enforcement power, or dynamic monitoring controls over individual user-to-user real-world behaviors or conversations.
2. Disclaimer of Warranties
All platform software infrastructure and database indexes are provided to users without explicit fallback safety nets:
- "As Is" Metrics: All notification platforms, vehicle status alerts, ownership listings, and registration info are provided strictly on an "as is, where is" baseline.
- No Express or Implied Warranties: While deep technical precautions are integrated to minimize tracking anomalies, asha explicitly disclaims any representations regarding the absolute correctness, operational validity, or completeness of user-submitted data profiles.
- Zero Endorsements: The network does not validate, sponsor, verify, or implicitly endorse any specific driver, user asset, or bystander routing warnings through the application.
3. Exclusion and Limitation of Liability
asha, along with its parent entity StroPole Technologies, will not be held legally or financially responsible for any damages resulting from:
- Inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, or outdated registration strings entered by users during account onboarding.
- False claims of vehicle authority or incorrect asset logging profiles.
- The operational performance or deliverability of user-dispatched network notifications, safety notifications, accident check-ins, or vehicle metrics.
- Any consequential, indirect, commercial, or economic business loss, including loss of profit margins, loss of usage data streams, or vehicle damages.
4. Hardware & QR Sticker Warranty Restrictions
Physical QR code decal tags and vehicle asset kits are subject to active operating conditions limits:
- Voiding Actions: Product physical replacement coverage or structural warranties are instantly voided if the tracking sticker/hardware is subjected to unauthorized modifications, physical abuse, neglect, operational tampering, or repair configurations performed without written company verification.
5. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the corporate registration laws of the operating region. asha remains a completely separate entity from external roadside arrangements, maintaining zero structural liability unless explicitly proven to stem directly from absolute internal company negligence.
